If i had control i would kick all military and atombombs of other countries out and would reduce the "ambassadors" [= mostly spies] very much + limit their possibilities to install spy technique. Luck for them that it never will happen...^^

No, the reason is that all countries hide stuff and distract people with the media from them.
As example wanted the EU store internet traces much longer. 5 or 6 times it got declined. At the next try they done that voting in the fishing rights "council/part" (i don't know the right word for it ... normaly they decide which fishes and how much can be hunted, which ones need protection and so on) to get the needed votes and distracted the people with the Fußball (= soccer) EM (europe master.).
And each time when they bring something up and you look into the opposite direction you see such moves....

That's why you need to live in a land with free press with actual competition where if some media stay silent, others cry out and if some get it wrong, others mock them for it.
How can anyone get distracted with football tho? It's 90 minutes of almost nothing happening so during 1 match I would get distracted and read more news dozens of times. I guess you can fall asleep.

I think more that USA has incredibly lame and dumb hackers because they couldn't prevent this from happening. I mean possible victims include small independent companies like NSA, Pentagon and nuclear weapon manufacturers.
You shouldn't underestimate the motivation of nerds given high tech equipment and told that they will get laid if they get into Pentagon compared to some trained assassins so bored with the job already that they just follow the target around spreading poison until the right person gets hit.
