closed giveaway but it has not been credited

i created a Tropico 4 collectors's bundle giveaway what i give it to the user who won it, and i have already got the value for it, but i create one giveaway with the same game but i have not got the credit for it(ofc. the user accepted the gift). Please help me, thank you!
