Hype is never healthy to begin with. Or did you not learn something about Colonial Marines' release?

And another 2D game for handheld consoles has been announced as well, so I'm getting more worried as it sounds they're looking for a quick way to get money instead of making a good game.

Hmm... I'll give Eric Holmes the benefit of doubt, since Prototype was fairly cool. Just hope he keeps in mind that Batman as a character doesn't mix well with the rampaging over-the-top mutant freaks of his previous efforts, and adjusts for that :)

Yeah, it's made by the guys that did Prototype, and that wasn't exactly an awesome game

AWESOME! Still have to beat Arkham City though :)

Asylum was better.

Arkham City improves Arkham Asylum in pretty much every way. So Arkham City is better.

Not really.

Ok. I won't try to convince you otherwise :D

Nah I didn't like the fact that AC was much more combat oriented. And the story was a bit weaker IMO. For example I loved the part on the morgue of the first one.

I felt Arkham City was too crammed with baddies. That's what might've made the story weak.

Indeed they simply did not spend enough time wich each villain

I like Batman and all, but I can't get excited about anything featuring him.
I've yet to play Asylum or City though, so there's that as well.

A Batwoman (Kate) game on the other hand would have me elated.

Well Play them both and watch your opinions and views on Batman diminish as you fall in love with him.

Honestly, I wasn't really into Batman games myself, then I played Arkham City, and, well... I had to buy Arkham Asylum because I really enjoyed the game, now I can't wait for this one. Give them both a try and you might like them.

I was never into superhero games either, but I loved Asylum, haven't played enough of City to make a real judgement. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it, to be honest.

This may be one of those dumb questions, but have you verified the cache? Also, does your machine meet the specs required? If you would like some further assistance, list your computer specs and perhaps I can help further. Good luck to you.

I've tried almost everything. From my knowledge, from interenet informations and from WB support. The last thing they've ask me to do is to disable Avast! anti virus which didnt help. Next, they've asked me to delete Avast! completely, and I stopped there because I dont think it is the right direction to the solution and didnt respond to them further.

Specs:
Core 2 Duo E7500
Radeon HD5850
4gb Ram
Realtek HD audio (onbaord sound card)

*Note: A carribean version worked without any problem. I wonder if that cause the problem to the Steam version.

Too bad that Rocksteady isn't making this one. They're one of my favorite developers along with Irrational, CD Projekt and Valve.

Good luck WB Montreal.-
