I just sent Jolly Rover to a guy who won it but he didn't confirm that he got the gift on SteamGifts.com

He did add it to his Steam account though and it's visible in his profile.

Add him and nicely tell him to mark the gift as received, maybe he's new and doesn't know how to. Always include a little side-note in the email you send the winner saying "Mark the gift as received ;3" If he doesn't mark it AT ALL after a week or so make a support ticket :3

he does have a week to mark it as received, then ask support. And now that I actually read ruready12's post he's already said that. So my contribution is to point out that you definitely haven't waited a week yet.
