How can i tell what country a game is zoned for???

I have a game I traded for about a year ago. When I go to add it to my Library it says not for my country (I am in the USA). Its been so long since the trade, I don't think steam can do anything about it.

The game has no markings indicating its not for my country. Usualy on games like this there is a (!) but this doesn't have that.

which game is it?

gifts from 4-packs (gauntlet) or extra copies spawned from keys (frozen synapse prime) aren't tagged with a region-lock in your inventory.
also some keys are locked, like some humble bundles (codemasters).

TY for the 411. The game is a Gauntlet 4 pack. If I could figure out what zone it was for I would give it to a player in that zone 8]
