How Long Do Reduced Value Stay On Games?

No, once something gets bundled it stays on the list. If anything, it might go even lower to 'no value' if it is given away for free at any point.

No he's not, and that is totally obvious.

If it would return to "normal" after a while everyone would just buy 100eds of bundles and wait until enough time has passed. Easy lvl 10 for 50 bucks.
