EDIT: He has a clean profile, both on SG (+19repsnot that much ik) and on SteamREP, maybe you did sent to the wrong e-mail?

isn't there a way to report scammers?

i sent the money to the email he gave me, which is pretty unique

in fact, googling the email he gave me reveals it is being used by a key trader 'tradertwistsru':

Use proper avenues to report users. If this user has a SG profile, create a report using the Other category. You can also send reports to Steam and SteamRep. Creating a forum thread about this is against the site rules.
