if you create a giveaway for a game on this list you will only receive 15% of the game's value, even if you aquire the game from the Steam store or any other source, because you can't check where a game is comming from or if it's a key or a tradeable gift.

as you can see in your case, games can get added month later to the list and the CV will be re-calculated arcoordingly (though as I said, it's very rare that it takes so long, normally a game gets added within a week).

and a game does not necessarily have to be featured in a bundle to end up on this list. also games that have a discount of 95% or more (compared to the US Steam store price) or games that have been given away for free on a large scale end up there.
