You already have one thread to promote your site. So don't link to it in other places (same goes to moderators of GG deals). If people start to prefer your site over ITAD, they will link to it on their own. Or mention it in comments.

Difference between me adding link to ITAD with certain HB bundle (or link to SteamDB with region locks), and your addition is that I don't get anything in return. My only intention is to give people information they may need. And you post link, because you hope people will enter site and give you money from referrals.

So don't promote your own site in other place than dedicated thread you have, and your giveaways. That's why I will ask you to remove link from OP post.
