I have the original retail box version of Company of Heroes Anthology (Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor included) on dvd with keys and I want to change it to the steam version. I have not played a game since Games for windows has been closed and THQ go bankrupt.
I want to know how to do it, what to do and play again?

As Proximus said, redeem key on steam. If it doesn't accept them then you will have to rebuy it on steam.

Here are the keys that Steam will accept. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7480-wusf-3601

for some reason in this list is only Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts but since I had 2 keys (one for the game itself, and another for Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor = Company of Heroes Anthology (EU), Steam recognized that as Company of Heroes - GOLD and 2. key recognized as only Tales of Valor

Company of Heroes (new steam version) include Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor if I recall corectly.
Edit: and include Multiplayer.

It seems that Company of Heroes (new steam version) is only for multiplayer or game and multiplayer and Company of Heroes - orginal, only game without multiplayer and therefore are 2 versions (my opinion - I will confirm this only after I install one and then another game).
Company of Heroes (new steam version) - no key
Opposing Fronts - has the key
Tales of Valor - has the key
Company of Heroes - has the key

I just talked to a friend who has the same game (together purchased the same day) and he told me that Steam does not recognize Tales of Valor and game/steam is recommended him to buy a game when you start up Company of Heroes (new steam version) so he has only CoH, CoH (new steam version) and Opposing Fronts but he can play it with CoH orginal.
He sees my 4 and I his only 3 CoH games through steam library.
Same goes for the rest of my friends who have the game and the reason may be that they might long ago have activated the game while all was not settled (gfwl-Thq-steam).

I do not have enough room on my ssd but I'll try one day and investigate this case.

He does not care much like Me and not interested in multiplayer ...He can just play through the original but not with new steam version and it is perhaps because it is a long-activated and I waited until now - I've tried it a long time ago when he activated but I had some problems so I gave up, until today ;)

The new steam version is the only one you want. It includes the other campaigns as DLC (you should have them too if you activated the keys, check the DLC tab in the game properties).

The other entries in the Steam library are the un-patched GFWL versions of the game.

I have all ;)
....but when I go on DLC (only CoH new steam version has this option) I always get an error as it does not recognize (only for this game) ?!

The game may have been a Games for Windows title but it was NEVER a Games for Windows Live title. All owners got (New VErsion) added when it was moved to steam servers. At this point the expansions were added in as DLC and old CD Keys were made redeemable on Steam.

Well it was the first title to make use of the Games for Windows label in 2006
I found this also http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/121120/what-are-the-differences-between-company-of-heroes-and-its-expansions
