Why would you want to? If anyone truly wanted the skin, they'd just get it from there. There's no point in trying to make giveaways for free stuff, why do you think Metro 2033 was removed?

Yes, but like I said, never stops people from trying.

Besides, not all are deemed against the rules. Borderlands 2: Mr Torgues Campaign of Carnage seems to have been fine, likely because limited copies.

The link should work after I switched to Borderlands 2, it didn't like the full title despite the fact it works fine when entered normally.

Anyway, about the DLC. It was previous offered free on a site for a short while, for PC, PS3 and 360. Bunch of people redeemed multiple codes to giveaway here, while I slept through the original giveaway, missing my chance at a code. Won the DLC here from one of the people at least, but still.
