Most likely it was giving away for free somewhere. It just to be that such games got removed from the list. Now a days the system was adjusted and they set the value for such games to 0 CV.

You can open a support ticket to add the game to the list.
But if my guess is correct and they add the game back, it wont give you any CV.

because there are two different versions of the game with the same name, which in the past created a lot of problems for both people creating giveaways for the wrong games and the winners, leading to support tickets in almost all cases. So at some point it was just removed from the list to avoid the problem:

Was given away free so it will be a 0 CV game if you decide to ask for it to be added.

I wouldn't recommend it though, staff have a huge backlog of support tickets, it will likely take months to be actioned.

Instead I suggest activating it yourself posting the code in the 'Anti ninjas key drops' thread.
