not only is it not allowed by ubisoft, these deals are often scam attempts

Well, I had a look on Uplay ToS and I didn't find anything saying that you can't sell the account BUT using an account of another user or impersonating another user is against the ToS, so when you sell your account to someone... he can be banned right away!

Also, of course, trading isn't allowed on SteamGifts and trading accounts is not allowed on SteamTrades.
