As long as they're Steam keys, yup. :)

They can be keys or gifts. Both are allowed. I think this is covered in the FAQ, but yeah, as long as the keys work then it's fine. Most of my giveaways have been keys.

Winners are sorted at random and every entry has an equal chance, so you can't enter for twice or quadruple the chances.

Anything is good, if it's Steam redeemable.

Gifts, codes, puppies, your DNA, Santa's address, all good, if you can activate it on Steam.

Make sure keys aren't region-locked first though.
