It can take a while for support to reply anywhere. Just be patient and you will get your bundle with the help of the support.

Contact Support. Had similar issue with Jumbo 3 bundle - contacted support, gave them paypal transaction number, they said they don't see it in their system, sent ScreenShot from paypal, got answer "Sorry for the trouble! It looks like the payment went through, but was inactive on our end due to a bug. Here's a newly generated link for you:" so maybe same bug happened to you. It took 2 days to resolve the case, so not so long considering for example Steam support ;)

I wanted to buy Joystick Byndle. I choised "Custom ammount", 1$. After that something happend and system said to me that I am a robot, captcha, so on. So, in 2 time it happend again 1 in 1. 2$ taken from the card, but I've got nothing. Its ok or not?
