As the title says... I really did.

I wanted to do a little community good and give away two extra game codes that I had, Sacraboar and New Beginnings - Final Cut. So I added them up simultaneously, ending at the same time as well, and guess what? When the winners were announced, stupid little me sent the NB code to the Sacraboar winner, and the Sacraboar code to the NB winner. ^_^ (goes to the corner and bumps head into wall a few times)

Now I feel like a really, really bad person, even if it was a genuine mistake. I just wanted to come clear so that my consciousness was lighter and I could sleep tonight. (barely joking)
One of them was okay with the mistake, he understood it was genuine. The other guy... I'm not so sure, I can only hope he is. He did get a free game anyway. So yeah, if you're reading this -guy-, YOU WERE NOT SCAMMED, IT WAS A GENUINE MISTAKE. I'M HORRIBLY SORRY.

Anyway, thanks for taking your time reading my little confession. I'll be super sharp next time to not make the same mistake twice. If I do, feel free to ban me from the internets forever. :'(

Talk to Support. Since they didn't get the game they were meant to, even because of an honest accident, unless you can get them the correct games, you either get two Not Received marks, or if they confirm the games as received (when they don't have the correct title), they get in trouble for non activation. In this case, since it was an honest mistake, Support will likely let you remove those from your profile to ensure you or your winners don't look bad.

exactly...what DeltaBladeX said...even if both winners are ok with your mistake, support may do a random check on them and see that they didn't activate the games they won and they could get in trouble...
talk to support and tell them what happened...i'm sure they'll understand :)

That's why I only give away a single game at a time, 'cause I just know I'd do something like that. lol
Hope things go smoothly for you, and you're able to get it sorted out with support and your winners.

You can write them the game name when giving the CDkey that way they can say wait a second and warn you of your mistake... but this should be done by other people too since it's highly unlikely that this thing will happen to you again.

Yeah the stupid thing is I did! I somehow messed up while copy-pasting the codes into the e-mails. I had these pattern-emails I prepped up before hand - I really thought I had everything under control. I like looking back at it now and just laugh about it. :p

"I'll be super sharp next time to not make the same mistake twice." You already did it twice.

That's so mean - and a little funny too.
In all fairness, getting two keys mixed up can count as one mistake :)

You did break my heart a little and make me laugh as well. Kind of a slap with one hand and pat with the other. I like counting it as one mistake though, since I did so in less than 5 seconds time in between each other.

Delete those two giveaways if you don't plan on giving them the promised games, the winners might be called out for not activating their wins.

If the winners agree to have the giveaways deleted, we will. Otherwise, they should mark them as "not received" and he unfortunately has to live with the negative feedback, or provide them the correct code.

Well maybe if winner 1 got into giveaway 2 , and winner 2 got into giveaway 1 , maybe they can reroll both of the giveaways untill winner 1 will be the winner of giveaway 2 , and winner 2 will be the winner of giveaway 1 :D

Its a nice idea for this case :3

Edit: But I see that they marked as received , and my idea is based on that both of the winners have to be in both of the giveaways , so thats kinda low chance , but maybe the support could switch their places
