Maybe it's one of these? I've sorted them by year, Hot Pursuit 2 came out in 2002 so just go from there.

Hi all, I have a request for anyone in this community to help me with identifying a older game I played when I was younger.
I used to buy PC magazines that had DEMO CD/DVD with them and since at that time internet for me was something I wasn't allowed to use almost at all, because it was dial-up and a bit of expensive at that time for using it and I was a kid back then, anyway I remember playing that game around time when Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 came out and I can guarantee that the game I'm looking for was out even before it, now this is where I need your assistance in identifying it, I'll try to provide some info and details about the game and I even found a screenshot of the game that is pretty similar to it only that game has newer graphics, anyway here's more about the game:
The game I need you to help me find it is motorbike or more like motocross game that had isometric view and it allowed you to customize your rider, the stages had green or grassy terrain where you could drive/race against AI and transparent red terrain (over the green/grass) where it represented area where you weren't supposed to ride and I think it had slow effect or some kind of penalty for riding on red area, also stages had some jumps and even loops where tracks would cross each other (like number 8). The game had more than few modes to play, there was some kind of open arena where you had to go from point to point and finish it fast to get the most points, then there was time trial I think, and standard racing mode, there might've been more modes but I can not really remember much. Anyway here's a screenshot of pretty similar game to the one I'm looking for, only this one has better graphics but it's with cars: Clicky
Also name of this game from screenshot is ThunderWheels, if anyone wants to know.
