What do you do if the person never picks up the game he won?

You're supposed to add them on Steam, or email them, not the other way round

I have a different problem when i joined the site i gave away a game, the guy recieved it , and im sure he recieved it he now has it in his inventory, yet i still have the gift in my inventory, and im thinking now its an infinite gift

Just try one last time, then ask for a reroll. Give the guy the ultimatum first.
