I'd write something about "hey, you got scammer be impersonator" in your answer to your negative rep. So he'd know what is going on. And if he won't delete rep, then people will be able to see what's happening.

I used to trade long before I was active on SG. I still do card stuff but that really doesn't warrant these nonsense impersonators.
It couldn't hurt to take more precautions, but honestly, people who are dumb enough to fall for scams will fall for them regardless of what measures you take to prevent it, so I doubt it'll actually make a difference. If they're getting added by like level 5 traders, there should already alarms going off in their heads.
