I think the easiest at the moment is to do 24 hour periods. At +8 gmt there are 3 spikes of joining so far, 6am/9-10am/2-3pm. I'm not even sure about number of people per level for the region so I'll have to test that next.

iirc those two countries have no region locks, but i don't know for sure...try buying a game as a gift and see whether there's any red text across the top saying you can only activate it in certain countries

if you bought all those after december 17* last year then they should definitely be free from region locks :D

Try to add them to library, if there's a warning about being able to only redeem them at certain areas then, that's the region lock. Otherwise, you're still probably getting ROW gifts.

I'm doing giveaways for South East Asia Region so I can get a sense of how many people from the region stalk the forums, the timezone as well as time frame I need to make my future region restricted GAs.
Region restricted giveaways are based on the Steam region locks currently existing and not really dependent on creators or the website.
