If is urgent 1-10 hours. Normal 10-40 hours

if they mark you as 'not received' the admins should fix it when they come around to your ticket.

You shouldn't be in any kind of trouble. My last reroll requests took over a month to be taken care off and for understandable reasons. I had those giveaways marked as "not received" for the time being and the issue got solved as any other of my earlier reroll requests. It just took significantly more time.
