I have 2 AirMech Steam Gifts in my Inventory Currently, and I was unsure if I am allowed to Put them up for giveaway and if So, what would it be Under since One day they just popped up in my inventory since I own the game.

those copies are for the beta and it has never been allowed to gift them.

It's beta, you can't giveaway betas. You can give it to some friends or forumers.
