I can totally see some special sale where gifting games is cheaper, but I also can see many problems arise from it.

So I really doubt so. I can see, however, a TF2 hat being handed to those that gift their friends. Like everything else.

Those games came out not so long ago, I know it's Christmas but I'm amazed (and happy too).

It's going to be like the Thanksgiving 2010 sale. Gift packages of games. Like 10 Half Life 2s for 20 bucks, that sort of thing.
