Especially true for mice.
I went through 4 Razer mice which all died in the first 12 months after I got them.
Luckily, I got a new one every time for free, but it was still annoying, so the 5th mouse was one from Logitech.
That was 5 years ago and my Logitech mouse still runs like the first day (changed teflon feet once for about 1$).

Sadly I cannot reveal the person's name neither the company he's working now after he left Razer ... but all i can say is ... do you know what costs are involved for Razer Abyssus (just a pure example of the many) until it has left the building? With all marketing crap and salaries and electricity bill...etc? 15 Fking $ ... yes ... 15 $

I have some microsoft keyboard and mouse set, works fine for me, never saw the need for any of the expensive peripherals.

I don't choose either atm. I have a Ducky keyboard and a Logitech mouse. I probably prefer Corsair over these 2 though. Although Razer Deathadder is a good mouse.

Right now I'm running a Razer Tartarus Chroma, a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate, and a Razer Deathadder Chroma
Also, I have some spare (like 50) humble bundle keys i couldn't care less about. Should I do a train?
