There is a good reason why no one is supposed to see the winner before the gift is activated, you've just made a really bad mistake by revealing his name... Delete the link to his profile right now.

User reports don't get resolved for years and it's basically pointless making them as only cg can see them, other members of the staff/support cannot see them

Epic situation with OP, won 6 games did not activate any of them, still calls out other members for not following the rules.
