Hi everybody!

Some time ago I made this private group for Mac and Linux steamplay games, which has been more or less dead lately.
I don't have any resource (time) to put into this right now (and for the foreseeable future), so I made it public.
Everybody is invited to enter, not just Mac and Linux gamers, but also PC gamers willing to interact and maybe gift steamplay games.

You may notice that by a great measure most steamplay games are bundle games, with what it implies (high availability and no CV). It would be nice if some giveaway is created every now and then, even if cheap.
Sorry but I won't manually invite all the ones that requested an invite on this thread. If you're still interested, just check in.
Last but not least, I'll let this group just derive, but in case anybody is interested to be promoted to mod and stimulate some activity, just let me know.

Cheers:))

Bought an iMac in 2011, where I play some games. Can I join? :)

I'd like an invite, I use Macs (iMac and MBP) exclusively but between Crossover and Bootcamp I also get a fair amount of PC gaming in as well. Thanks!

I used fvwm2 as windows manager in the 90's, it wasn't that bad, but KDE offers more nowadays. My screenshot would have been even worse, because instead of a black screen, I used that gray grid background provided by X-Window by default. ;)

Why is it not a public group?

You can run your group any way you'd like, I'm just curious. I'd say a Mac/Linux group is long overdue, but a private group takes time and effort, without which it will wither and die. By your own admission, you're not going to put that many hours into it.

(Also Leopards rule and Lions drool. SL FOREVER!)

interesting point. i might pass the group administration sometime in the future to someone else when it finishes fulfilling my needs and/or it is dying (and i don't want it to). i already received comments/offers, which are very much welcome. i'll open a discussion inside.

I'll throw my hat in. Here's a different kind of proof: I write about Linux gaming on a community gaming site.
