This giveaway is confusing me...

It says wishlist and the owner of it states that entrants are entering to be randomly selected to gift HIM the game... All of the comments are saying "Thanks for the laugh" and that they "fell for the description".

I'm really quite confused as to what's going on here. Should it be reported? What am I missing here?

That's what's confusing me I suppose. So why does his giveaway have a purple outline and say "Wishlist" next to it?? I'm really quite baffled :')
