Really? When I look up his SteamID (spyroaplrazloam/76561198059596009) on SteamRep, I don't see this account being reported at all. By "aliases" do you mean other Steam accounts? I'd like to know how you found this information in case I ever need to look this kind of thing up for myself. [Edit: Nevermind, I tried some of the links on the SteamRep page and there's the info.]
On the plus side, it looks as if this guy spent some time, money, and effort on this account. It seems really dumb of him to get caught scamming with it.

There's a search box at http://forums.steamrep.com where STEAM ID64s can be searched. It's useful since scam reports require the STEAM ID64 to be in the title.
