Hi,
do you have any idea, what kind of a Voodoo ritual i have to perform, in order to pass the credit card number check? I'm using Mastercard, card number in form of 8 digits (xxxx...x) like in any normal order (Steam etc.), yet GMG doesn't care and keeps showing me "We are unable to process your order. Please correct the errors below. -> pointing on credit card number field".

Thanks for any tip how to fix this.

Some credit card companies inexplicably have GMG flagged as a gambling site, which sometimes causes issues.

You could try speaking to your CC company.

I think the problem is that GMG keeps rejecting the card number. It never gets processed to get declined. So the bank can't help.

Make sure every single part of your billing address is accurate and matches. I had this problem, too, and then realized I missed a digit in the zip code. Of course it saved it that way every time, so I have to remember.

Might be worth a look.

I've used exactly same data as for any other payment with that card.

You have to submit a ticket, they will set your account to work with cards.

It was already two hours till end of sale, I don't think they would reply that fast.

I can only make the payment go through on gmg using firefox. I think you should try another browser like firefox. All my payments using IE or chrome will not go through on GMG...

Select paypal as your payment method, then use paypal to pay using your credit card.

Tried selecting the Paypal, then it asked me for my Paypal email. So it is actually possible to use Paypal just as payment gateway like with Humblebundle etc.? That would solve the problem, unfortunately sale on item I've wanted is already over.

I don't really know. I thought it was always an option, but maybe it's only an option on a site to site basis. Worst case scenario you make a paypal account and link your card to it I guess?

You can always select "don't have a Paypal account".

First time I used GMG, my bank blocked the purchase because it looked suspicious, and then I just decided to use paypal. Check with your bank first before getting too worked up.

Nope, there isn't any problem, transaction wasn't even initialized from GMG side.

Sounds so like what happened to me. TBO I quit buying from them. I was able to in the past, and never had any problems until just one random day. The only reason I'm going to call my bank to fix a transaction would be hardware etc. Take my small loss, and find another online store. Have A Great Day ^_^
