I think second/third tier games are not considered bundled unless they are heavily discounted (95% or more). I suppose you're talking about this bundle:

It's a bit tricky you see. The individual games were bundles, but the bundle itself was not. So if you create a giveaway for each game individually, then you're not getting the full value, if you give away the whole pack at once, you get the full value.

Not exactly, for example, if Penny's Arcade 4 eventually gets a 95% discount on sale, then the pack will be considered bundled. You can create a GA for Penny's 4 now and get full value too.

This list would be easier to consider if it was in the international standard currency. All of us that don't have regional currency payments on Steam have prices listed in USD.
Also, all of the Ford Racing games are discounted, not only #3.

Well, tbh, I really think it's the % here that matter. That said, I probably could list the prices in $, but it is a bit of a hassle as I can't view them directly in the Steam store, I'd have to check every game individually against some 3rd party Steam pricing database.
I could support you with the text version of this thread, where you could fill in the $ prices for every game, if you feel like it.
About the Ford Games, yeah I've noticed that, but I've only played the 3rd one long time ago and it was fun and the reviews state that the other two are a bit 'meh', so I didn't add them without any recommendations.

If you want to add a game to the list / recommend a listed game at a current price / advise against buying any of the listed games - simply leave a comment.
I will only list games that are not listed on the steam main sale page.
EDIT: Games are now sorted alphabetically. Added section for Daily deals so that they stand out more.
EDIT2: Added bundle counter to every listed game, you can basically search for non bundled games using search function in your browser, looking for phrase: NOT BUNDLED BEFORE. However, note that I checked the bundle counter against Isthereanydeal.com and not Steamgifts bundle list, which includes non-bundled free/heavily discounted games as well as bundled ones.
