Oil rush is a bundle game. You get max 30 from bundle games, and then it goes into some strange sliding scale thing... sorry I can't describe this well enough, it's a mystery to me (mostly) as well. It's a crap system, I think many of us agree... if I want to do a good giveaway, I have to find something I'd like someone to have and then make sure it isn't on the bundle list. I like giving games away, but anyone that has learned to think tends to get pragmatic eventually. It's less fun than just giving games away willy-nilly.

Bundle games giveaways are capped on $30 contribuition, if you only make giveaways with bundle games it will always be $30... you need to make a non-bundle GA to increase this value
