I submitted several Really Big Bundle games.

Hello there. I recently put up 4 games from the Really Big Bundle up for grabs.
I absolutely would NOT have done this were I aware this was forbidden.

Again, I'm really sorry about this, breaking the rules was not my intent.

I know. I admit it, I made a mistake.

However, it is labeled FAQ, NOT Rules. I thought a FAQ existed to ask questions, not inform you of permitted and non-permitted actions. I had no questions, and as such, did not read it, much to my detriment.

Of course, I regret my silly mistakes, and hope the mods treat me with some leniency. If my fate is to be perma-banned, then I accept my fate.

Yeah, it's not very helpful, I never read the FAQ because I also had no questions, I was actually searching for a "Rules" page when I first joined this site and took me 10mins to find... (after finally deciding to read the FAQ at the time I believe it didn't have "guidelines").

Because the other Bundles have it's own giveaway.
And the price you pay for the bundles are usually very cheap so people could buy lots of them and gift them like crazy.

Yes, but, it's the Indie Royale bundle he's talking about, is it not? You can't buy those for so cheap, at least not as the HIB. Give this man some slack, he apologised, he didn't know he wasn't supposed to give it away. At least he's giving it away, not trying to trade. It's against the rules, he said he's sorry. Let's move on now?

why do people think this? I've seen several mod posts saying that private giveaways follow the same rules as public giveaways, and nothing to the contrary besides random posts from random users.
