Questions about Evolve

So I got a steam key for Evolve during the first testing period. Later on it has another testing period or it seems like the release of it and it was in my library for awhile but now it's gone. So as my poll question asks is it out or not? If it is then I don't have it in my steam library and can't get it back in my library.

I'm also curious if the season pass is worth getting or if I should just get the DLC's separately instead if the DLC's are worth getting.
