That is literally impossible. Steam prevents spam redeeming after a couple of tries and locks your account and IP adress for an hour.

You didn't read properly. After a couple of redemption attempts, you get the error message that too many redemption attempts from your account / IP have been made and that you have to try again later.
However, chances are still very high, that most if not all have been ninja'd by now.

Again: yes, your first attempts showed the actual error messages for duplicates or region locks or whatever. But if you actually "tried everything the moment you drop" like you claimed, the error message for the later attempts definitely has been "too many redemption attempts" and that doesn't say anything about the redemption status of the key anymore.
So your claim "All are ninja'd" isn't something you can determine for this amount of keys, simply because Steam doesn't allow you to redeem such an amount of keys in such a short timeframe.
Please read and understand what I wrote and read the error messages properly.
