I have two games DIRT 3 and would like to give it back but I can not find the game in the search engine when adding keys.

Because it's been given away free and you can't give away free games.

Also note if you give away more then 5 copies of the same game your cv earned from it will decrease.

Wow, you've already been pretty lucky considering you've only been here a week so you probably didn't know that you have to activatate your wins on your own account.

You're right that I did not know. But DiRT3 was purchased by me is not won or drawn.

Doesn't matter where the game came from. It has been free, so is removed from the list. Anyone could come along and say they paid full price for their key, doesn't mean they are truthful. So, free games get removed, and there are no exceptions.

If it's a gift it should still have some value for trading but here on SteamGifts the problem is once a game has been given away for free it's impossible to tell if someone is giving away one of those free keys or a gifts they paid for, so those games get removed.
It's not an ideal system since a lot of good games had to be removed for that reason but otherwise people would farm CV from free games.

Do yourself a favor and read the rules (FAQ) and guidelins you agreed to folow when signing up to the website.
As Lugum said, once a game is given away massively for free you are not allowed to create giveaways for it here.
You may ask if someone wants it and give it to them directly, or try to trade it in steamtrades.com.
