Is it legit?
Who cares? It isn't the same game. They are different copies.

I Wonder if there's guy who doesn't know her..

Sure, why not. You gave it away and still don't own it. Maybe you weren't paying attention, maybe a game changed its development and interests you now. You don't really need a reason to enter a giveaway beyond "I want to." Even then, there are threads dedicated to people giving away a copy of their #1 wishlist game. It'd be pretty crazy to deny them a chance to enter other giveaways

Well I'd expect someone to say "why do you want a game you already owned"?

You don't own it though. I can think of a few games that didn't interest me so I gave them away and then I later became interested. I'm sure there are some people who will have an issue with that, but let them. It's a strong minority. Do what you want/ makes you happy. So long as you're not breaking the rules, I don't think anyone has real grounds to complain

I actually do that quite often, as I'm more likely to try and play games I'm given/won then ones I get myself, unless I'm desperate to play it

Happened to me several times as well. Sometimes I just buy bundles to give away right away and realize afterwards that I actually liked one of the games and would love to play it myself.
I even won a game I initially gave away, I hope people are okay with that! ^-^

It was for me since I bought one bundle to give away then I realized that I wanted a game from it :P

I could easily buy all those Artiflex Mundi HOGs for myself but I preffer to make GAs with them. And try to win them, that way I'm always "yay another HOG to play! Hope it's gonna be nice!"
So nope, don't see anything bad with it :P
Besides oh the fun with seeing wishlisted GA on GA list, to realise after opening it that it's my GA D:

Now that I've grabbed your attention ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I'd like to ask you an "ethics" question.
More than once happened to me to give away a game that I wanted too but would end on my backlog, or maybe I bought a bundle just to give it away because I was on a good mood. After some time I find myself questioning wheter is it fair to enter a GA for a game I owned but gave away. What do you think?
