What is a good game for max. 5€ on Steam?

Hello
I'm looking for a game, which is good and has a playtime of over 12 hours(or below if the game is like "OMG if you havent played it, you missed so much!". I like RPGs very much but Action Games, Shooters... too. I only don't like Strategy games(build, attack,defend...). It may cost 5€ or below ^^ So which game do you suggest me?

Breath of Death VII/Cthulhu Saves the World pack for 2€. I heard it's around 16 to 20 hours of gameplay for both together.

Penny Arcade 3 took me about 11 hours, and has great game mechanics along the SNES era RPG feel. Also had good some good music, and a crazy storyline, like everything Penny Arcade touches.

Obviously THE game you should take is Deus Ex though.
