Ever have problem with download

Have you ever seen something like this on your account? It is not even downloading or updating.

It says "En Pause"... I don't know that language, but I think it means you paused the download.

It sometimes happens to me that a game has a DL paused where there is nothing to DL. Sometimes it could be it checks if it has all files, like with an Integrity Check.

I have no idea what's happening but maybe the data needs to be converted?
some game needs their data to be converted sometimes.
Just press play and it'll convert.

Just restart steam, it acts strange sometimes when it finishes a download for me as well.
