The website says it's for a full copy of the game, so hopefully it won't be revoked. That is, if we ever receive the keys.

Sure, but if a dev hands out a batch of keys, there's nothing stopping them from revoking this entire giveaway batch of keys when the game releases out of early access.
Give that the dev doesn't call it "beta", temporary, or doesn't say they'll revoke it, we only have their word to go off of, and hopefully they won't revoke, but that doesn't mean they cannot or will not will not revoke - Steam gives devs control to do that.

I got a key last time they were offering just fine. So taking into accord the massive numbers of people sitting on their PCs trying to find new games to play ATM it could easily just take a while for all emails to be sent.
