i accidentally redeemed a game to my acc(humble bundle) need help guys!

You can buy another bundle, buy the game somewhere else or just deal with a 'Not received' in your profile ._.

sadly, theres no way to undo this, i guess u gotta buy the game again :/

You could contact Humble support, but I doubt they can help you. You'll probably either have to buy another copy or live with having screwed this poor person out of a win.

you can't unredeem a game that you've already redeemed sry mate, but you have to re-buy the game

Don't use the phone again while you do semi-important stuff (?)

The best you can do is make a support ticket to delete your giveaway. Make sure to tell them what you told us.

I accidentally made duplicate XCOM giveaway yesterday, so I bought another copy. BUT HEY MAN THAT'S JUST ME

You could make an account on tremorgames do some quick stuff like watching videos and taking a survey to get 645 points and redeem another copy of cities in motion there.

645 points is fairly cheap there for one game and you don't have to involve real money to get another copy.

It's takes about one day to get the link to the game after redeeming but you do have 7 days to get that link for your winner and probably more if you contact him/her and explain the situation.

I was afraid of doing something like this myself recently... You can look for a trader (not here obviously, and you run the risk of being scammed) or buy the game again (expensive) - or ask support to delete the giveaway. Good luck!

Inform the winner about the problem, inform support. If everything goes well and the winner is comprehensive, support can delete the giveaway since the game key is no longer available.

Mistakes do happen you know...

I have an unused key for Cities in Motion 2 from the same bundle, I'll gladly trade it for something else.

It might be good idea to unlink your account after done redeemed games, that's what I do though. :p
