Laptop upgrade

Hello everyone, i want to ask, at what increase in performance am i looking by upgrading to a laptop with i5-6200u 940m GPU, 6gb ram specs, from phenom II X4 n950 quad core, 4gb ram, 6650m 1gb gpu ? by comparing gaming performance of both.

Btw i got the laptop for 220$ (i only need to replace hdd, so i will get a cheap 120gb 20$ one) was it a good deal?
