No winner on GA's... where's the key?

I created a couple GA's and they ended up with no entries, so no winners ;_;

I can usually see the key I assigned to the GA on the winners section, but since there were no winners I am unable to see the key... Does anybody know how to see said key? Or is it lost forever in the vast archives of SG? o.O

Either bookmark the page where you got it or write the key and the name of the game on notepad file and save it. I usually have 'keys.txt' on my computer just for the giveaways.

yep thats how i do it, i actually always double check my key (compare it to my stored key) before i click confirm. Which is probably more like 5th or 6th check anyways but yeah... (: i think i triple check them before creating a giveaway, and then another double or triple check before sending the key :x

Been through this before. Cg will have to email you the keys in order to get them back. Just make a ticket and wait :)

I had to delete some giveaways because of my puzzle leak, asked support to get the keys back but they said they can't help me

thx for the ideas/solutions :)

I am gonna contact support and wait.... hopefully they will manage to do it before I get too old to use pc's jk, I know support staff make their best effort to keep the site up and running and I am deeply thankful for that :)
