Difference between two giveaways and two copies giveaways?

Two separate giveaways users have to enter both manually which two winners will be selected (which can sometimes both be the same person). Two copies giveaways users only have to enter once and the giveaway will select two separate winners. Both end up giving the same CV in the end regardless.
