Alienware sure needs to step up their shitty webpage. So I was 13 points away from level 10 so I woke up early to complete daily tasks and level up. Suddenly, the page tells me I have voted 50 comments and voted 25 times on "This and that" but in the points earned I only see 0 so I haven't level up. Not only that, suddenly, they decided to steal me points so I'm now 17 points away from level 10, that means 2 more days of farming. By that time, the giveaway will be over.

There is a delay in point acquisition, and once you get them you should see the rise.
They didn't "steal" your points, you posted or upvoted shit and were rewarded for it.

If you click the arp layer on the page (where it tells you how many "actions" you can do per day) it usually tells you instantly the points you get /you will get for those actions. Right now it tells me 0 even if I did those when the rest of the days I have been farming, those points were showed and rewarded instantly.

what exactly is the problem? it is level 10, and there are still keys left. so this thread still has relevance, even if the number of keys is not correct anymore.

(Seriously, I never seen a mass giveaway where it takes over a month to get 10k people to activate a free key. Then again, the game's average player count is still dropping, despite the fresh blood.)

And it is going fast since many people in those comments are really close to lvl10

I actually did manage it with some generous help by someone here (apparently if you can find someone with a high enough level) and did not expected to be any key left, but there was. :)
There are now 4 keys left, so yeah gonna be hard for anyone now if they still need to level up.
But most giveaways from what i seen lately from them end up at level 10, so yeah it's always good to have it anyway.

At one point ARP said i had 499 points and my profile said i had 501, i decided to logout and login back again and that seemed to have worked, not sure if you meant that sort of thing. Or just waiting on points in general (takes 12 hours here for me to get them) it is slow.

And if someone logs in on an us server which can work fine and the eu servers aren't or vice versa, then yeah.

im form Poland got exact the same problem as MAHRUN when change ip to DE,AU,NL,NOR,SP,ITa,Nor,Fin, etc can log in perfectly ofc during giveaways servers are slow learn to be patient ;P
