So this is my list pls criticize is it if you don't like my picks or of the brands I picked or bad I will be happy for your honesty ok then lets start and recommend me any parts you think that are good.

GPU - GTX 1660 SUPER I don't care for 4k at all praise 1080p gaming for life and is the best budget gaming card that I can find in my country and holly damn graphics card are getting hella expensive when do you guys think they'll be cheap again.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 I play games a lot, so I think is the best one I fond for that category but you tell me and damn is hella expensive to got damn it.

POWER SUPPLY - Sea Sonic Focus GX-750, Fully Modular, 80Plus Gold or a Evga Super Nova 80 Plus 650 I do know that Evga is really good people are saying that Evga is the best for power supply's.

RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB that is the only one i like and thrust but hell of I know.

MOTHERBOARD - I like the MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX most or maybe ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING same is again you tell me.

CASE - COUGAR MX410 Mesh-G.

FANS - Noctua Redux line.

Now this is the hardest part for me ssd or hdd or both now here is my picks Ssd - ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB or a Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB Hdd - Seagate Barracuda 3.5 2TB 7200rpm 256MB now the thing is I don't need space that much so I think i just want a 1TB ssd and all I do is play games and watch YouTube and is it worth getting a ssd I never had one. My brother says that you don't need a ssd at all just get a hard disk after all you can wait three five min can't you but damn man I want a fast PC man you tell me guys I be happy for response.

Which one though? 8GB, 16GB, 32GB?

I kind of don't see the point of buying a 1TB SSD, I would rather buy a smaller SSD + HDD (like 256GB SSD and 1-2TB HDD, so your operating system and few chosen games will be faster and any other stuff can be saved on the HDD), but others may have different opinion.

Also, if you are going to use windows, keep in mind that you have to buy it too.

Alright, can you add it into your original post? (so others don't have to look for it down here)
I myself do not know much about this stuff, so I can't really help. (but others do, so provide as much information as you can)

Also, are you going to get any additional cooling? (if so, can you also add it into your original post?)

Note: In case you don't know how to edit a post:
In the top right corner is a button "Open", click it and then there should appear "edit discussion", there you can edit this post.

dont forget that several games are over 100gb and the tendacy is to go higher and higher, but if you dont care about loading times go ahead. or buy a 500gb ssd and a 1tb hdd

I agree about the SSD and HDD. Get a smaller SSD for operating system and some specific games and a decent size (2+ TB) fast HDD. 7200+ RPM I think was considered fast. That combo I think is best for budget builds.

SSD, always SSD. 250-500GB is about the cost of 2-4TB HDD but will make a huge performance difference
so if you need the extra storage split the budget between them
SSD WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE (only loading windows and games)

GPU - GTX 1660 SUPER good for 1080, is your screen 60Hz?
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 its a great CPU, BUT for gaming on a budget you can save some with Intel Core i3-10100F
POWER SUPPLY - again great options but overkill for your build, you can save more with 500W. sea sonic is the best but EVGA is ok too
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB brand is good.
MOTHERBOARD - good options, if you wont overclock dont worry much about it. make sure you get the options you want (wifi-RBG-etc..)
CASE - COUGAR MX410 Mesh-G no idea.

now all of this is relative and can change based on local prices. the ryzen seem to cost more because of demand/supply.
and if you wont be editing 4c/8t CPU is enough. most games will be limited by the GPU

CPU - Core i5-10400f.
MB - MSI B460 TOMAHAWK (or Mortar Wi-fi with Bluetooth and wi-fi integrated).
RAM - 32 GB (never much). 2x16 Gb. I prefer Kingston HyperX FURY, but Corsair is good too.
GPU - 1660 series (or better 2060 in you have enough money).
SSD - Samsung M.2 NVMe 970 EVO 1Π’Π± (or 512 Mb)

nothing wrong with your choice from GPU to FANS. And here comes the issue. STORAGE. SSD or HDD it depend. But with Specs like you write there from GPU to FANS if you choose HDD its like put something fast (GPU to FANS) with something slow (HDD)
the slower one with drag your fast performance component. So your fast component wouldnt run at their best
my suggestion
1.save another money till you got more budget for SSD
2.try SSHD instead. Its better than HDD, its a bit expensive from HDD (maybe a few bucks) of course but way too cheap compare to SSD
but it will boost your performance so much compare to HDD

sorry for my bad english
