Hi, I'm writting a pen & paper game based on a future dystopic universe with transhumanistic touchs. I'm searching good sci-fi movies / series / anime little known that can inspire me new ideas.

Thanks in advance. (ᵔᴥᵔ)

Hard to tell what is "little known" for you. ^^
Since I don't know what you really looking for... maybe these?

Little known, in general terms. I actually didn't know how to be more specific.

Blade Runner or Matrix, for example, everybody knows about that movies.
Primer or La jetée, on the other part, it's little known.

Thanks for No.6, didn't see that one.

Check The Cyberpunk Movies Database and The Biopunk Movies Database

If I have to single out a movie it will be La jetée by Chris Marker. It's more of a photonovel than a movie but still great

Planetes is a pretty good obscure one. It's basically the story of a group of space trash collectors who work to make sure that no space debris collides with their company's property.

Planetes it's probably one of my favourite animes. Happy to se someone loves it too. I didn't find it obscure.
Their characters are... I don't know how to describe it, but I just miss him like an old friend.

Actually already watched, not consider it too much sci-fi by the way. More like phantasy.

Fantasy? I never thought about Psycho-Pass as fantasy. Then again, maybe I don't know the meaning of "fantasy" at all.

Wich The fall? Can you put a link?

Equilibrium it's on the line, too. Little known in general, and not a bad movie with a cool concept.

TV Series : Babylon 5 (ok its fairly well known, but its not current and its absolutely amazing (once you get past the first season)
Movie : Immortal (its a French movie, also known as Ad Vitam or Nikopol), not super well known but there is also a game and it is definitely interesting

I've got plenty of other suggestions but I could go on forever and I think the two above fit your bill.

Not sure about your "little known" part:
Idiocracy
Soylent Green
Metropolis
not sure if there is an english version: Welt am Draht

In case books are fine too:
Asimov's robot + foundation series
Orwell's 1984
Kafka's The Trail
Dick's Minority Report among others
Burgess' A Clockwork Orange (also the movie)
Gibson's Neuromancer
Doctorow's Little Brother

There was a television series called 'Earth 2'. Very interesting. Got cancelled with a very bad cliffhanger. As for films, plenty. Not very sci-fi, but post-apocalyptic would be 'The Book of Eli'. Quite interesting. Also post-apocalyptic and more sci-fi is 'Snowpiercer'. I don't think 'Dark City' would be considered not very known. Then 'Pandorum' is more clearly sci-fi as well.

Obviously things like 'SOMA' in terms of games are a must, if games are included in your research. 'Cradle' might also be similar in some aspects and also features transhumanism, though I have not played or seen much of it.
