BunchOD00dz of Blackscreen Simulator fame.
putilin_industries and their revered Achievement Hunter stuff.

Bonus: United Independent Entertainment
Not necessarily asset flips, but their games are virtually unplayable.
Shoho Games has shameless Unity assets flips.
And you're welcome, let's begin the purge! :D

BunchOD00dz
That may be more proper to link as BunchOD00dz / ArcaneRaise.
The BunchOD00dz games are published by ArcaneRaise (and seems to in fact just be a rebranding of the same group, in much the same style of Digital Homicide's multiple labels), which in turn has their own thoroughly negative asset-flip/achievement-farms, with some massive trashware DLC exploitation to boot.

I will make a list here of gamestudios
there're hundreds of shady developers with thousands of trash games - so don't waste your time.
Personally i will never buy bundles from Otaku, Dodge, GoGoBundle and DIG cause they have a deal with shady game developers. I stopped buying from indiegala and groupees for the same reason (i bought 0 bundles from groupees and 1 from indiegala in last year).
Now I spend my money only on the fanatical and humble xD

Just avoid Steam, with the amount of garbage they're adding to their store each day pretty soon the majority of games on there will be shovelware. Soon we'll have bundles with 10,000 games for $.99 with 100k achievements each, who will be the first to reach 1 million games and 1 billion achievements?

Ok, now brace yourself, the lawsuits are coming!
Just kidding, it's really good to see people trying to spread the word, but I personally think it's not overly difficult to spot such games, a simple look on reviews, screenshots and description is sufficient to tell you what games to avoid, sometimes the title/name of the games alone is enough.
Speaking of reviews, did you know that Valve banned a developer from Steam not too long ago, after it had sued customers over bad reviews ? I think it was Digital Homicides.

Just always check the steam page of the game before buying or entering a giveaway for it. The shovelware companies tend to get reviews befitting their shoveled wares, so it's easy to tell and avoid. Hide all such games here on steamgifts and don't buy any bundles they are included in.
If the reviews don't give you a clear indication - maybe there are too few or they're all in a different language... well that's not typically a good sign. If you're feeling generous wait and check it out again a few days later. If it hasn't improved it's likely not worth your time.
