Should I Get Civilisation V Gold Edition and/or Brave New World

I have Civilisation V in my backlog and I'm planning to play it fairly soon, but is it worth getting the Gold Edition at 75% off or Brave New World? I'm wondering how much of a difference the expansion packs make to the game and how enjoyable the game is without it.

Isn't really a question, do you want the base game + 13 DLC's or only one expansion?
Think I misread the post, but even if you have the base game already you should just buy the gold edition.

i bought the Upgrade to Gold for $5, and i think it's worth it.
i personally don't think Brave New World is worth the current price

If you have the base game, you probably'll want to get the Gold upgrade. It'll get you Gods & Kings for dirt cheap (2.50 euro while flash sale is on, compared to 15 for just that DLC. WTF steam pricing ?). And a few Civ-head friends claim it's a must-have DLC.
