Why has my contributor value stopped at $59.98?

I noticed that with my past few giveaways, my contributor value hasn't changed.

Looking at the value of my public giveaways, I should have a value of close to $120.

What's the deal?

Bundle games don't increase the value.

Actually, I made that giveaway for a few of my friends, but he was the only one that saw the link before it ended.

It's also not that he didn't want the game, it's just that we're waiting to get started playing it.

Bundled games only count up to 30 dollars of CV value, +20% as you gift more full games. So if you've contributed 50 bucks in bundle games, you'd have to contribute another 100 in non bundled games to get the rest of the cv from the bundled ones.
