Just the same gameplay as Division 1. Maybe in details it's different, but in general it's just new city for old game. To anyone who hasn't played Division 1 I would recommend it first, as it's much cheaper for same experience. For Division 1 fans though, who played the game for hundreds of hours, I can see why they want a new one.

So far it seems they buffed guns that weren't very used in the first game (shotguns, lmgs). they shred in the unlocked endgame mission.
General missions seem more diverse, they were the blue hexagons in div 1, they are like mini dungeons now, had one where you had to steal the declaration of independence from a vault which i really liked.
There are more settlements to upgrade, so more busy work, the endgame specializations seem interesting, (i played demolitionist) he unlocks new skills like a turret that's a mortar, incendiary grenades and ofcourse the grenade launcher.
Overall the game feels like an improvement, if final release fixes server issues and crashes i definitely see it as a worthy 2nd game.
They are making DZ easier for people with normalized gear (when you enter DZ the stats are all the same for everyone) so no more ganking 10 lowbies with 1 fully decked out character.
I actually like it, the game seems like an improvement.

PS: The gameplay is still the same so don't expect anything drastically different. Also enemies don't seem to be such bullet sponges (endgame max difficulty was only hard so will have to see what legendary will look like).
